I have the option of purchasing items using a cheque, money order or purchase order. Why is credit card purchase not available?

Currently, our service does not allow for credit card purchase. Your order is only processed after we receive the order form and payment in the mail. Please allow adequate time for your order to be processed. Remember to print off your order form and mail it along with your cheque, money order or purchase order.

Why can't I fax my order?

We must receive payment before we will process your order.

My organization is HST exempt. How should I process an order?

HST is applicable to all orders placed on this site regardless of the HST exemption status of your organization. You need to apply for a refund yourself.

How do you ship my order?

We use Canada Post regular parcel shipping to mail all orders. This service is reliable and minimizes the cost to you. Canada Post delivery standard for regular parcels is within three business days locally, four to six business days regionally and five to 10 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.
